With a love of South Haven, Lake Michigan and providing fun and beautiful spaces, we created Fermata Properties as a platform to provide environments for families to pause. As a family of musicians, the fermata was the perfect representation of what we hope people will do when they book a vacation with us… pause and stay a while.
